Our services and Fees

We have 3 Levels of Residential Letting Service

Letting Only Service

Payable in advance – 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT)
for the initial term & 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) for any renewal or extension

Management Only Service

Payable yearly in advance – 6% + VAT (7.2% inc VAT)

Letting and Management Service

Payable in advance – 16% + VAT (19.2% inc VAT) for initial term & 16% + VAT (19.2% inc VAT) for any renewal or extension

Tenancy Documentation

The fee for a single tenant including tenancy paperwork & referencing is £240 inc VAT

Preparation of our standard documentation for both a fixed term renewal and periodic tenancy is £120 inc VAT

Deposit Registration

EJ Harris Limited are able to register the Tenants deposit with mydeposits.co.uk for a fee of £90 inc VAT
